Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • All products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it will take 2-7 business days for the item to be printed and fulfilled.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3-5 business days after fulfillment. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
  • Expedited Shipping (Domestic): 1-3 business days after fulfillment. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us at southwestspecialtyaz@gmail.com and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Changes to Your Order

  • If you need to make any changes to your order, such as an address change or cancellation, please contact us immediately at southwestspecialtyaz@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes may not be possible once the order has been received for fulfillment.
